ALAN BOASTS OF ATTRACTING 2 MILLION VOTES FROM ASHANTI IN NEXT ELECTIONS

New Patriotic Party’s flagbearer aspirant, Hon Alan John Kwadwo Kyeremanteng has assured the part’s delegates of his ability to amass a whooping two million votes in the general elections if he is voted by delegates to become the party’s flagbearer.
According to Mr Kyeremanteng, the critical “Ashanti vote” has been the determining factor in any election victory for the NPP and urged the delegates to vote for him as their preferred candidate to lead the party during the primaries which he is contesting with nine other aspirants.
The immediate past Trade Minister who was addressing delegates during the third day of his six-day tour of the Ashanti Region held the view that, the Ashanti Region remains the stronghold and pillar of the NPP therefore the party needs a candidate of his stature and influence to lead the elephant party help break the eight.
Mr Kyeremanteng further stated that, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is hungry and desperate to return to form the next government in 2025 therefore the NPP needs a huge margin to win the election to avert any controversy from the opposition after the election.
During the interaction with the delegates, the former Trade Minister fondly called Alan Cash also promised to pay delegates monthly wages and pensions for their enormous contribution to the party. He regretted that, even though the party’s delegates contribute significantly to the development of the NPP they are always sidelined when the party wins election.“
The Great Transformation Programme which I intend to initiate after winning the elections will provide the thrust in job creation policies to help the teeming unemployed youth earn a descent living.
