Global Skills Hub Holds Maiden Event To Celebrate Unacknowledged African Heroes
An International Mentoring Organisation, Global Skills Hub United Kingdom, has held a leadership training and orientation programme to celebrate some 23 institutional leaders for their admirable national and global contributions towards humanity.
The one-day event which came off at the Great Hall of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology on Friday, 20th October 2022, was climaxed with the presentation of certificates and medals to the celebrants.
Speaking in an interview after the event, the Director, Mr. Honey Olawale, observed that a lot of heroes in Africa do not get the recognition they deserve.
According to him, the honour bestowed on the stalwarts would drive their efforts towards an increase in productivity.
In an expression of appreciation to Global Skills Hub United Kingdom for the bestowment, the awardees revealed that they feel motivated to do more exploits.
Additionally, the coordinator of the event, Mr. Richard Buah, highlighted the impact of the training, stating that the essence of leadership is service to humanity.
