MP Donates Desks and Motorbike to Suame Technical Institute

Hon. Lawyer John Kofi Darko, Member of Parliament for Suame Constituency, has presented 500 desks and a motorbike to Suame Technical Institute to enhance teaching and learning. The donation was in response to the school’s needs, which were brought to his attention during a visit.

The MP explained that the school’s shortage of desks and inability to monitor students on industrial attachment had prompted him to make the donation. The motorbike will enable the school to effectively monitor students’ activities in industries.

Lawyer Darko urged the school authorities to manage the items properly and called on students to focus on their studies to prepare themselves for a brighter future.

Principal Mr. Ansuma Nurudeen expressed gratitude for the donation, saying it would alleviate the stress of accommodating students and enhance monitoring of their activities.
