GORDON ASARE BEDIAKO WITHDRAWS FROM NPP COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR RACE, ENDORSES MIRACLES ABOAGYE

Gordon Asare Bediako has withdrawn from the race for the National Communications Director position of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

In a press statement issued on August 23, 2026, Mr. Bediako said his decision followed deep reflection and extensive consultations with family, friends and key party stakeholders.

He said although his desire to help rebuild the party’s communication machinery remains strong, he believes party unity must take precedence over personal ambitions.

Mr. Bediako has subsequently thrown his full support behind Dennis Miracles Aboagye, describing him as a tested, trusted and dedicated communicator capable of strengthening the party’s communication directorate.

He has appealed to all his supporters across the country to rally behind Miracles Aboagye to emerge victorious.
