Hon. Ernest Yaw Anim: Championing Accountability and Environmental Protection in Ghana

Hon. Ernest Yaw Anim is a member of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) in Ghana’s Parliament, representing the Kumawu Constituency in the Ashanti Region. As a chartered accountant with experience in finance, he’s a valuable asset to the committee. Currently, he’s also the Chairman of the Human Rights Committee.

Hon. Anim has been vocal about environmental issues, particularly regarding small-scale mining operations. He criticized the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) for failing to enforce reclamation bond regulations, contributing to environmental degradation.
