Ghana Journalists Association to Hold Annual General Meeting on March 31, 2025

The Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 31, 2025, at 11:00 am at the Ghana International Press Centre in Accra. This decision was made pursuant to Article 34(f) of the GJA Constitution 2004.

The AGM, which is the highest decision-making body of the Association, will discuss the following agenda:

– *General Secretary’s Annual Report*: The General Secretary, Kofi Yeboah, will present his annual report.
– *Audited Accounts*: The National Treasurer will present the audited accounts of the Association.
– *Regional Reports*: Regional reports will be discussed during the AGM.
– *Any Other Business (AOB)*: Other matters of importance will be discussed.

All members in good standing as of December 31, 2024, are entitled to attend the AGM. However, only members in good standing, excluding honorary and student members, shall have the right to vote
