EKK Foundation Donates GHS 10,000 to Support Hospital Bills of Breast Cancer Patient

The EKK Charity Foundation has made a generous donation of GHS10,000 to cover the hospital bills of a breast cancer patient, Mary Yankson,from Agona Kwanyako in the Agona Nsabaa District of the Central Region.

Marry Yankson, a 42-year-old single parent,has been battling breast cancer for a year now, facing significant challenges in providing for her two children’s needs and managing her health.
This concern sparked the support of EKK foundation by donating the aforementioned amount to cater for the bills of Yankson.
Additionally,Mr. Evans Kofi Kwafo, the founder and leader of the foundation speaking to the media during the presentation of the money promised to take care of the needs of the two children including their education from today, January 23,2025.
He revealed that his top priority is to help find comfort for the poor and needy in the society, indicating this as a tool that has kept him going from day one.
Moreover,he pledged to offer support to cater for Yankson until she’s declared okay by doctors.
Mr. Kwafo further called on Ghanaians especially the well to do in our societies to emulate his act of giving back to the society to improve the standard of living of people.
Mary Yankson, speaking expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the leadership as well as the members of the foundation.
She asked for God’s protection and strength for their lives as they go about helping people out of their problems.
On the other hand,Yaa Afriyie,mother to Yankson also expressed a heartwarming gratitude to Mr. Evans Kofi Kwafo and his foundation for the kind gesture done them.
She further called on other NGO’s and individual to come to the aid of her daughter and provide support for her bills and needs of her grandchildren.
