Atwima Nwabiagya South NCCE Organizes Parliamentary Dialogue For Candidates

The National Commission for Civic Education(NCCE) in the Atwima Nwabiagya South Municipality has held a parliamentary dialogue for candidates ahead of the December polls.

The event was aimed to promote issue-based campaigning, peaceful elections,and civic responsibility among contestants and citizens of the Municipality.

The program further encouraged candidates to pledge their commitment to peaceful elections and respect for the electoral process. The dialogue also helped to improve relationships between candidates and their constituents.

Emmanuel Kwadwo Wiredu,the NCCE Director for the Atwima Nwabiagya South Municipality after the program,spoke to OTEC news reporter, Sarkodie Samuel to reveal the purpose of the dialogue which is aimed at ensuring peace during the 2024 general elections.

On her part Madam Shirley Kyei,the Parliamentary Candidate on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) revealed her vision for the people of the constituency especially the youth.

She therefore entreated the people of the Atwima Nwabiagya South Constituency to vote for her and the presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party,Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia come December 7 massive improvement in the standard of living of people and the growth of the country.
