I will prioritize chiefs inclusion in decision making in my government – Alan Cash

The presidential candidate for Movement for Change Hon Alan Kwadwo has underscored the need for the chiefs to be considered in government decision making to help to facilitate the transformation of the country particularly the fight against illegal mining menace in the country.
Hon Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen said, he will make sure that chiefs will be powerful and play an active role in decision making should he becomes the president of Ghana.
According to him, he will make chiefs trustee of gold, so that they will have the authority not over the lands but the natural resources to help the government protect our forest and water bodies so far fighting galamsey is concerned.
The movement for Change leader made this remarks in Manhyia palace when he paid courtesy call on Otumfou to officially begins his campaign tour in the Ashanti region.
He indicated that both NDC and NPP have failed Ghanaians in terms of economic management, unemployment, corruption and amongst others.
Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen emphasized that chiefs are respected in the society, hence, making them powerful in government decision making will help the development of the nation.
Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen touted his Great Transformational Plan as game changer to help address the suffering of Ghanaians.
He explained how most Ghanaians are worried not to vote in the upcoming general election.
