NPP Primaries: Party bans camping of delegates, taking picture after voting

The New Patriotic Party has baned delegates who will take a picture of their ballot papers after voting during their primaries on Saturday January 27, 2024.
Voting is secret hence, delegates who will be offended will be punished.
This is part of the restrictions the party has put in place to ensure transparency and credible election in their upcoming primaries.
Addressing the media in NPP regional office in Kumasi, the General secretary for the party Lawyer Justin Kodua indicated that, the delegates are not also allowed to wear parliamentary candidates T shirt or any material to promote a candidate during the election time.
The general secretary during his address stated that, the party has banned camping of delegates.
Lawyer Justin Koduah Frimpong further stressed that, the security of the election will be supervised by Ghana police service not any other, hence, no macho men will be allowed.
