Asante Akyem North: NDC Parliamentary Candidate Embarks On Thank You tour
Newly elected National Democratic Congress (NDC) Parliamentary Candidate for Asante Akyem North, Chief Kofi Asamoah has embarked on a constituency tour to thank branch and ward executives for voting massively for him in their parliamentary elections.
He indicated that, his visit to the branches and wards was to show appreciation and gratitude to them for massively voting during the Primaries.
Addressing the media as part of the tour Chief Kofi Asamoah stressed the need for all supporters of the party to unite and work together to wrestle power from the ruling New Patriotic Party in by 2024.
According to him all promises he made during the primaries would be fulfilled.
Chief Kofi Asamoah as part of the Thank you tour, toured 58 electoral areas, he also supported residents of Afrisere Community, victims of the Akosombo dam spillage with relief items.
He donated ten 10 bags of cement, sachets of mineral water, mosquito nets, clothes and others.
Chief Kofi Asamoah entreated all and sundry near and afar to extend a helping hand to the victims to improve their living standard.
The residents of the community commended the parliamentary candidate for his swift intervention.
They were confident that, Chief Kofi Asamoah will win the parliamentary seat in the area, hence, implored all the electorates in the area to rally behind him.
