ADUBINSUKESEHENE ENSTOOLS ADA INDIGENES AS NKOSUOHENE
Ernest Narteh Afloe, a Native from Ada , has been enstooled as the new Nkosuohene of Adubinsukese Traditional Area led by Nana Akwasi Asiedu I, Adubinsukesehene in the Afigya Kwabre South District of the Ashanti region.
The newly Nkosuhene was given a stool name as Nana Tatse Narteh Afloe after sword the oath to Adubinsukesehene.
The enstoolment ceremony took place at the Adubinsukese palace attract a lot of dignities including Nene Obuapong IV, Osafoatse-ngua for Ada Adubiawe Clan of Ada Traditional Area, Hon Sarah Dabarkey Pobee, the District Chief Executive ( DCE) of Ada East, members of the diplomatic corps, and Nananom, Togbewo, Mamawo, Nenemei ke Naamei.
In an interview with the press Nana Akwasi Asiedu advised the new Nkosuohene to be humble, hardworking, obedient, respectful and also make Adubinsukese community to have peaceful atmosphere.
Nana Akwasi Asiedu disclosed that Adubinsukese community currently lacks the following amenities, such as secondary, vocational and technical schools, a university, teachers’ bungalows, a market, hospitals, security and oher social amenities.
He called on the government to assist then to get more infrastructures to develop the area
In his acceptance speech the new Nkosuhene thanked Adubinsukesehene for confidence have in him for a unique honor given to him.
He pledge to assist Nana Akwasi Asiedu to make his vision come into reality.
He appealed to the government and the international community to consider the role of traditional leaders in all developmental plans and address the specific needs of the people.
Nana Narteh Afloe also charge’s parents to pay more attention to the educational needs of their children and provide adequate support to them.
Nana Tatse Narteh Afloe called on sons and daughters of Adubinsukese to contribute in their own small way to ensure that the Adubinsukese Bretuo Traditional Area remains attractive for friends, both locally and the internationally, to invest in the development of the area.
On her part the District Chief Executive for Ada East, Hon Sarah Dabarkey Pobee, commended Nana Akwasi Asiedu for the glorious event and urged everyone to be united and contribute to the development of the Adubinsukese community.
“This is the first time I am witness such a unique event and very glad”.She added.
