ISHAQ KYEI BROBBEY FILES FOR ASHANTI NPP REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER

Aspirant for Ashanti Regional Communications Officer, Ishaq Kyei Brobbey, has called for a stronger and more coordinated party communication machinery as the NPP prepares for the 2028 general elections.

Speaking to the media shortly after filing his nomination, Mr. Brobbey described communication as “the engine room of electoral victory.”

He noted that the NPP must invest in innovative, proactive and grassroots-driven communication to promote government policies, defend the party’s record, and counter misinformation.

According to him, the changing media landscape demands that the party balances digital platforms with traditional and community media to ensure the NPP’s message reaches every voter in Ashanti and beyond.

Mr. Brobbey pledged to build a united, professional and well-trained communications directorate that works closely with constituency officers and grassroots communicators.

He also appealed to delegates to support his bid, promising inclusive leadership anchored on teamwork, capacity building and discipline.

The aspirant further urged all contestants to campaign peacefully, stressing that unity remains non-negotiable if the party wants to recapture power in 2028.
