NPP UK Stalwart With 25 Years Service Emerges as Frontrunner for Vice Chairperson

A leading figure of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) with over 25 years of dedicated service to the party has emerged as a strong contender for the Vice Chairperson position.
With a decade of service as an executive of the NPP UK Branch, she is credited as the founder of the South West UK NPP Women’s Wing and has served in several key party roles, including Women’s Organiser for Ejisu Constituency, Ashanti Regional Campaign Coordinator, and member of the National Campaign Team. She has also contested three times as MP aspirant for Ejisu.
Beyond politics, she is a lecturer based in the United Kingdom and made history as the only female Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director to manage Ghana Hotels (GBH). Through her office, she has employed over 500 people across the country.
She is widely recognised for her support for party members and the youth, having facilitated scholarships for Ghanaians to study both abroad and in local institutions, and helped many secure jobs in major state institutions including Ghana Gas, Minerals Commission, Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority, Lands Commission, Ghana Immigration Service and the Ghana Police Service.
A champion of women empowerment, she has led initiatives to train nurses and teachers with support from diaspora healthcare and teaching professionals.
Described as a true grassroots person, she has undertaken extensive outreach across the Northern, Volta, Ashanti, Eastern, Central, Western and Greater Accra Regions, and brings over 20 years of experience in the travel and tour industry.
Party members say her track record of service, empowerment and grassroots mobilisation makes her a formidable candidate for the Vice Chairperson role.
