BRILLIANT BUT NEEDY: MARFO ELVIS SEEKS FINANCIAL AID TO PURSUE MEDICINE DREAM

A high-achieving student from a remote area in the Ashanti region is seeking financial assistance to pursue his dream of becoming a medical doctor. Marfo Elvis, a brilliant student who recently graduated from Adisadel College, has achieved an impressive 8 A1s in the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) results.

Marfo’s academic journey is a testament to the power of hard work and determination. Despite hailing from a low-income background, he was able to excel in his studies thanks to a scholarship package introduced by Hon. Kofi Adade, the former assembly member for Kumawu Dadease electoral area. The scholarship, which was awarded to Marfo after he secured single digits in his Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) results, enabled him to study at Adisadel College.

Now, Marfo is eager to take the next step in his academic journey by pursuing a degree in medicine. However, his family’s financial constraints pose a significant obstacle to his dreams.
