Assembly member sermons electoral commission in court over irregularities

Hon Vivor George is the elected Assembly member for Mambang Akaase electoral area has sermons the electoral commission to court over the said alleged serious misconduct during the presiding member election in Ahafo Ano north.
Hon Vivor George stated that there were irregularities in the voting process including the use of numbered ballot papers and she compromised the secrecy of voting. She also forced us to use pen instead of indelible ink which is against the law.According to him despite all the protests by Hon George Vivor, the municipal Electoral officer ignored the complaints and left the hall with their staff.
According to the constituent, Mrs Betty Mensah has been condoning illegalities in the constituency therefore urged the government to remove her from office as municipal electoral commission before she causes chaos in the constituency coming general polls.
Speaking to media alleging that, Mrs Batty Mensah is going out with CEO of NADMO Nana Eric Agyemang Prempeh therefore she took instructions from him.
