Let’s peace, unity prevail in Asamang ,Adarko family urges factions
The Adarko Royal family of Agona-Asamang in Sekyere South district of the Ashanti Region has called for calm in the Asamang Traditional Area.
According to the family, what the traditional area needed most is peace and ensure the rapid development of the Asaman community.
The family therefore, has called on the Nsuta Manhene Nana Asamoah Gyamfi to resort to dialogue and address all outstanding grievances and install a rightful person as the Asamang chief.
“We the Adarko royal family wish to address issues that, have left unattended for sometimes in order to restore peace, stabilize our traditional area, preserve the institution of chieftaincy and safeguard the sanctity of our common will as a people” the family added,
They have called on the Asamang queen mother Nana Adwoa Kyeiwaa Boadiwaa to choose Nana Baah Dankwa from the Adarko royal family to be the Asamang Chief.
